Peanut Butter Oatmeal Energy Bites

Ingredients

1 cup oats

½ cup peanut butter

⅔ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

½ cup chocolate chips

⅓ cup agave

1 Tbsp. hemp seeds

1 tsp vanilla

 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Hand mix or fold with spatula until a batter forms. Place on wax paper or parchment paper, form into a rectangle and freeze until firm. Cut into 10 bars. Wrap in wax paper and into Ziploc baggie.
